Children’s Day - A Day for kids

As we all know that children are future of the country. Children should be loved and treated well with respect. To give importance to children, Children’s Day is celebrated on 14th November every year all over in India. It is celebrated in the memory of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru to pay honor and respect. He was the first Prime Minister of Independent India and he is a true friend of the children. He loved them a lot and always kept them near to his heart. He was called as Chacha Nehru by the children.
He was very fond of children. He loved to spend quality time with children. To honour him, his birth anniversary was started celebrating as the Children’s Day. Chacha Nehru said that children are the future of the country so it is necessary to love and nurture them with care. Children’s day means to save the future of our young ones for bright future of the country. On Children’s day, fun and frolic activities like games, sports, indoor games, outdoor games, stall seller etc. activities and all. This day children are allowed to celebrate as they want. NO discipline, no restrictions. Students are motivated to show their talent at this occasion by participating in the different competitions or Challenges like painting, dress show, singing and cultural programs.
Sometimes, in our society children are forced for child labour for long hours at very little pay. They have not the right to go to school or any educational place this is the reason why they remain backward. It’s the time to raise our voice against Child labour. It’s our duty to take strict action against Child labour. These children are valuable asset and future leaders of the country as well as hope of tomorrow. Let’s Pledge to love and care to our young ones and Nurture them. Let them free from any discrimination, caste or greed and make a strong leader for our Future.

  1. Little Leaders is a play school where emphasis is given more on the play part and less on the school part. We try to make children learn with the help of playful activities so that they can make a successful transition to the outer world once when they start their primary education. Instead of burdening them with homework and exams, we ask them to engage in activities such as dancing, singing etc. We are an informal nursery group where children of different age group come together and learn important things of their life. This helps them in understanding the real world where they have to spend their future.
